Welcome to the NRHOA!

The focus of the National Rental Housing Owners Association (NRHOA) is to represent our members which is made up of small, Mom and Pop to medium-sized rental housing owners in the ever-changing rental housing industry located throughout the United States of America. The NRHOA also addresses local community needs while taking into account the social landscape and the diversity of our great country.

Our purpose is to advocate in the best interest of our NRHOA members and to collectively address on-going rental housing industry problems at the Local, State & Federal levels. We provide access for our active members to valuable rental housing industry information including regulations, laws, legislation, marketing data, valuable tools, rental forms, rental supplies, training courses, tenant screening & more.
